V good watch and experience. I’d start a collection if price would be 25% lower

The product is great and I’m really pleased with the quality. The only problem that I found is the faces are a little difficult to install.

Product quality is good, and customer service is responsive, but it takes a long time to get the product.

It was good , I thought the watch was heavier , It’s nearly no chance of getting those 4 screws in , and the quality of the rubber was poor

Hello, thank you for your feedback, we’re glad you found it good overall but we understand the points you raised. The weight is designed to stay balanced on the wrist, and the screws can feel tricky at first, but with the included tools and guide they should fit correctly. That said your feedback on the rubber quality is noted and we’ll review it internally. If you’d like assistance with the installation or a solution please reach out to us at [email protected]. The shopping and customer service experience was good! As for the AP Mod Case itself, well I would give it a 4.5 Stars if I could. I've had it for a few days and I've been wearing the stainless steel band. After taking a few links out, I've found the fit I like, but the crown keeps hitting the back of my hand when I bend my wrist sometimes and it switches the face. If the crown was a little smaller it would be better, IMO. I almost have to wear it halfway up my forearm to keep it from hitting the back of my hand ..............LOL!!! I've only had it a few days, but some days I've really liked it and then the next minute, when the crown hits the back of my hand and changes the face, then I'm not liking is so much. I'm going to switch to the silicone band today and give it a go. I'm glad you have a 90-day return policy, because I think I will need the full 90 days to decide if I want to keep it. Thanks!

Hello Arthur, thank you for the thoughtful review, we’re really glad to hear you had a good experience with both the shopping process and our customer service. We appreciate the detailed feedback. Fit can vary depending on wrist shape and how the watch sits, and switching to the silicone band is often a great option for a more flexible feel. We’re happy you’re taking the time to try it out. If you need any help along the way, our team is always here. The Mod Projects Team
