Great price. Wiring fail.
The price is great. Setting up an appointment was easy. The tech was friendly and courteous but one of my sensors was wired incorrectly. Revision: The Monitoring Center did follow up in my review so kudos for that.

great service the Technition was great…
great service the Technition was great courteous and great but the price I was quoted from company was different

They were great on the initial sales call but....
They are great on the initial sales call but never returned my call or email afterwards. The booking was a bit messed up too so the tech appt was not per the initial booking. The tech was just following instruction from his support instead of using common sense to trouble shoot so I had to step in to trouble shoot the setup. Just hope the rate does not jump up after the first 18 months to make it worth my while to switch over. The call station seems to have reliable staff as they answered the call within a very short time in order to do my own testing as the tech was late for the next appt.

I felt the organization and setting up…
I felt the organization and setting up the appointment felt a little clumsy. Your installation took a little longer than the man estimated and we still don't have a complete operating system. And no one has called to come back to complete the installation

Home Alarm System Upgrade Review
Home Alarm System Upgrade Review - The system is very easy to use and appears to work very well. - Technician was pleasant, however, he was unclear about the service to be performed upon arrival. - I requested the installation of a Video Doorbell, but Technician said it was a new feature, and he had never installed one. - I received a call from TMC 4 days after installation regarding a "Failed Test", which was caused by a programming issue. Issue was resolved in a few minutes.

Pet immunity?
Was told the sensors were pet immune and based the installation strategy on that. The installer (who was pushy and stressed out about being late for his next appointment) told me that they’re not, then was annoyed when I decided to move things around. I tested the sensor, my 10 pound cat did set it off.

Room for improvement
Technician who came to the home was excellent. Call centre tech support was rude and we had to call back twice.
