The only reason I dropped you down to 4 stars is you didn't arrive with all the equipment. Must wait another week for missing keypad

I received an automated phone message informing me that my system had not been tested, although I know that the installer (Jose) had already tested it on the installation day a week ago. I was forwarded to a customer service agent who asked me to check my keypad for any active alerts. There were none, so she told me not to worry about it. There was no mention of the need to test my system, so the whole experience was a waste of my time and caused unnecessary concern about the functionality of my newly installed system. About a week later, I received an apology and explanation from another customer service agent who was able to provide me with more detail on the automated message I had originally received and why I had received it. This follow-up call eased my concerns and has prompted me to revise my initial review of my customer service experience. I now feel a lot better about choosing The Monitoring Centre for my home security needs.

Our technician was excellent. Patient with my questions, informative and made sure we both understood how to use the system. When the installation was completed, and he was ready to leave, we asked for a change of location for the sump pump monitor. He made the change without complaint. Our only issue was that somehow a password was enabled on my friends cell phone. He never had one before. This was the phone the tech used to demonstrate the system to us. The problem was only identified the following day. We thought it must have happened accidentally and contacted the Centre to see if we could talk to the tech. However that apparently wasn’t possible. Finally the password was able to be removed using a computer service. Other than that one issue we were very satisfied.
