We recently changed from another alarm monitoring system/company. The setting of the appointment was simple and the technician was on time. He did not have all components and needed to come back to complete the installation. The tech was knowledgable and answered all our questions. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

4 stars because Android application for mobiles was not stable and no information from TMC about it provided directly to customer. Now after uninstall/install app, follow advice from TMC support, everything is working properly
