Let me start by saying that I never give 5 stars, this is as good as it gets. The install / conversion from our former major service provider went smoothly. When reviewing the work order with the TMC technician scheduling manager, they went over our order and found us some additional savings based on what we were looking for as an outcome of the switch. Our old company never would have done something so client centric. They begged us to stay when we called to discontinue our service. Their mistake was wasting our time when we called to get a service update and better pricing after having been their client for the better part of 22 years and saying that’s the best price they could do and then try to offer us a better deal when we actually cancelled. Our mistake was staying with them after the initial contract expired and wasting thousands with their service for no good reason for 19 years, TMC gave us the best price right from the start. And the service works flawlessly!!!

Very happy. Friendly, on time, efficient. Only wish they would have you do all paperwork in advance and not do it with installation man. The should also give u a few wallet sized cards with basic contact info for, sales, service and most importantly, alarm centre to call if you are about to do some maintenance or have a false alarm,

Call centre was helpful to choose the correct product. Appointment was set for several weeks away but they were able to come sooner when they had a cancellation. Technician was on time and didn’t leave a mess. He did however program the system incorrectly, but a quick call to tech support corrected it right away.
