This is my second time using Muva and it was yet another outstanding experience. The first move was from storage to a rental home in Sunnyvale, CA. The second move was a two stage, three-state move: I purchased a home in March, 2023 in Lago Vista, TX. I had to move art and furniture from Sunnyvale, CA to Lago Vista, TX and also art and furniture from Wichita, KS to Lago Vista. The process started first week of February, 2023. I was able to use the video walk through of my sunnyvale location and the manifest inventory file of the wichita location to receive 5 quotes. The quote->selection->confirm took 1 week. Once confirmed, I had a few calls with the mover to confirm logistics. On March 15, the mover picked up the Sunnyvale load and on March 20, the mover picked up the Wichita load. On March 25, 2023 both loads on time in Lago Vista, TX without any issues whatsoever. I found the entire experience to be remarkable; logistically, empathetically, and financially.

MUVA saved the day! I just moves from Los Angeles to Portland and it couldn't have gone smoother. I was getting so frustrated trying to get quotes myself from other movers. Only a few of the movers I contacted would give me a quote over the phone and those that did would only give me a price per hour. All of the movers told me that they could not provide an accurate quote without scheduling a visit to my home, none of the movers would even confirm availability for over 3weeks out! The movers MUVA assigned were both punctual and super efficient. I was amazed at not only how quickly they were able to load my heavy items; also the detail they took in ensuring everything was being loaded with the utmost attention to securing safety. I contracted with The Muva to move from our house to an apartment. On moving day, after we received the keys, we unlocked the door to encounter a mess and the unit was inhabitable. I was in a rough spot! The truck was rolling down the road with our belongings and we now had where to unload. When CJ, the mover, showed up at the new unit and saw our predicament, he become a savior! Without skipping a beat, he was on the phone to secure storage as we were not going to take possession of the apartment. A few weeks later we found a new place, I got on the APP and it was scheduled almost immediately, delivered without issues. I love the amazing simplicity of this app and the whole process. There was a ton of my valuable time saved by not having to go back and forth with various movers pitching the work and when I finally moved, they packed everything for me. It was amazing!

This is an awesome App! So easy to use. Due to the virus, I especially liked that no one needed to come to my home. They got back to me with a quote within a day. I was able to send an additional video as I realized there was probably more to my move. Very professional moving company - they even offer storage but that was not necessary. Anyone who is moving should consider checking them out. I own a small business and will be using them when I need to move my office.

Muva was the best option during a time when stress was at its highest. Although it comes at a price, the price is well worth it. Time is money. The best part about Muva is the video catalog of all of your belongings. If anything is lost or damaged, there's no denying it. I will use Muva next time and every time.
