I purchased 2 katana xenopixel sabers for cosplay.. they were great!!. Then I purchased 2 mystery boxes Amazing! But, I noticed one katana had lost the power button. I contacted.customer support again and again, and again about replacing the switch They told me they were going to givee one. Free!! But wait it's going to cost 40 Dollars to ship it. They have some.of the best sound fonts ever Horrible customer service. After over a month and a have I gave up

Bought a $319 saber. It showed up defective. Flickered on an off, sounds were spotty, and activated with delay, or when nothing was happening. Looked on their site and found no way to request an exchange for a working saber. Emailed their support. Was told to plug in a charge it. Did so, and as expected, didn't fix anything. Emailed again, telling them as much, and asking for a replacement a second time. Was told I needed to pull it back out of the box and take a picture to prove I charged it correctly. I replied with a no thank you and asked for a refund instead. Then was told to comply with their silly request or they wouldn't do anything for me. I got sick of them and their greedy, selfish, terrible customer support. And told them to keep the money and I'd leave a review and move on with my life. If your product doesn't show up functional, expect to be robbed, or go through nonsense rigamarole. Best of luck.

I ordered from theory and my original shipment was lost in the mail. However, with some patience and communication, theory shipped me a new set of sabers with an additional saber for my trouble! So far the product has been top notch with nice details, good build quality, and nice lights/sounds. Very pleased with this company.

Parcel arrived today 8th July. Was meant to be delivered by 16th July. So quite early. My son is over the moon. Excellent packaging. My advice, for what it's worth...Be patient, it will arrive!

I recently ordered a mystery box from them and I was very disappointed. It first took more than a month to ship and get delivered to my house in which they created multiple shipping orders in order to complete it, so my email was full of five different shipping lines for one item. It then arrived and the blade itself was damaged at the part where it connects to the hilt, as well as the stand. The saber that I received while I do understand the mystery box element was severely underpriced for the amount I paid. I was also especially disappointed for the shipping cost, considering the delay in the fact that I took so long. Regarding the other light sabers that I have purchased from other sites this site seems to have extremely overpriced products for the service and help that you receive and the quality of the saber that you receive. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I would especially not recommend a mystery box. If you are ordering this as a gift for someone else, as I was, please do not expect it to ship within the next month and plan accordingly.

I ordered a hoodie over two months ago. They were quick to take my money but I haven’t gotten anything. Lots of excuses and be patient emails but this was a gift for an occasion long past. Way too much $$$$ for such poor service. Update June 10. Still no order then they wrote me and said it was a preorder and I should have read the description better. Are you kidding me? I did read and wouldn’t have ordered if it said that. Super patronizing and rude. Will not shop here again. Horrible service.

I saw an add on youtube and just HAD TO find a place to say something. In the first 15 sec, some guy in a black wifebeater at night is hold a CLEARLY BROKEN saber. And then he goes on to say “never shatter” “reinforced polycarbonate” “protecting higb quality LED’s”. But youre showing ITS COMPLETELY BROKEN????? Im just blown away any ad in the history of ever starts with “look how shitty and broken our product is” i cant put into words how stupid i think this company is because of that ad. 200$…. Look at it broken! LMAO WTH

I have several lightsabers from Theory. Most are replicas, and all are top tier. I've been collecting for 6 years and have bought from all the major guys in the Lightsaber business. TheorySabers is my absolute favourite, so much so that I have bought them as gifts for several people. Thy sometimes aren't super-fast with replies, but I have never sent an email that wasn't answered. 10/10 experience every time.
