I've been requesting to return my order for more than a month. I got no response... You do not stand for "NO-HASSLE RETURNS" and practice to ignore emails from customer who want to return item, website promise many good customer services but word.

TPG cancelled my order and didn't let me know. SO I have been patiently waiting for shipping boxes - that were never coming. Nice. Then I was asked to review the products that I never recieved.
