Didn’t sign up to the subscription but received a second pot out of the blue at more than the first one cost! I have seen too many reviews saying the same thing. This either means they are very clever at guiding you through payment and you don’t realise you are signing up, or they do it without consent!! Either way I’ve cancelled. Whether the product works or not (I don’t think it does) I’m not happy with the experience.

Hello Kelli, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that this has caused frustration. Regarding the subscription, we understand how this can be confusing. Before completing an order, customers are able to review whether they’ve selected a one-time purchase or a subscription option. That said, we never want anyone to feel misled, and we’re sorry if this wasn’t clear in your case. Could you please share your order ID so we can locate your account and assist further? Best Regards, PetLabCo.

It was quick shipping and arrival. I changed my Mia’s joint meds to PetLab as it seemed like her old ones just were not working anymore. They were twice the cost and took forever to get here. My Kilo has been taking PetLab probiotics for a year now and oh my lord how they have changed his life!! And they still work on him! So I chose to change Mia to PetLab’s joint medicine. I am very hopeful with thePetLab brand.

Taste My dog doesn't care for the taste of the powder. Can I add something wet to the kibble to help mask the taste?
Reply from PetLabCo.Dec 28, 2025
Hello Kathy! I’m sorry to hear your pup isn’t a big fan of the powder. We understand that every dog is unique, especially when it comes to their taste buds. Here are a few tips that often help picky eaters enjoy the powder: 1. For Dry Food: Slightly wet your dog's food and then add the recommended amount. 2. For Wet Food or Food with Liquid (food) Topper: Simply add the recommended amount. 3. You could also try mixing it with a bit of bone broth. It is a good idea to help make it more palatable to your pup without diminishing the benefits of ProBright. Please keep in mind any allergies or sensitivities your dog may have, and if you have further concerns, we recommend checking with your vet. Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions! Best Regards, PetLabCo.
