Started using 5 weeks ago, order another pot then received another a couple of days later. Realised I had been signed up to the subscription without my knowledge or consent & when tried to cancel subscription had same problem as many others & kept going round in circles. Seems that when it comes to unsubscribing your banging your head on a brick wall. Keeps saying my details are wrong, which they arent, so won't let me set up an account. Not impressed

Hi Sharon, We're sorry for the frustration this has caused. Please know that we never subscribe customers without their selection at checkout. Before completing the payment, there is an order summary that clearly shows whether the purchase is billed monthly or not, so you’re always able to review this before proceeding. Regarding the account issue, you’ll need to complete the sign-up process first before you can access your customer portal. Once your account is fully set up, you’ll be able to view, manage, or cancel any subscription at any time. We also have a 'Contact Us' page on our website if you ever need additional assistance or prefer direct support from our team. To help you sort this out quickly, could you please share your Order ID with us? We’re here to help get this resolved as smoothly as possible. Best regards, PetLabCo.
