Mr N.
I have been trying to cancel my subscription without success as your web won't let me sign in or create an account. Then tried calling and emailing and got nothing. Reason to cancel is my fussy dog will not eat the chews.
Reply from PetLabCo.Dec 3, 2025
Hello Mr Nelson, We are sorry to hear that you had difficulty canceling your subscription, and if your pup isn’t a big fan of the chews. We understand that every dog is unique—especially when it comes to their taste buds. Here are a few tips that often help picky eaters enjoy their chews: add a little Xylitol-free peanut butter, wrap the chew in cheese or a thin piece of their favorite meat, place a bit of plain yogurt on it, or mix it with their favorite food or treat. Please keep in mind any allergies or sensitivities your dog may have, and if you have further concerns, we recommend checking with your vet. To help us get this resolved as quickly as possible, could you please let us know the email address you used when trying to sign in? You may also email us directly at [email protected] or contact our Customer Experience Team at +1-866-4-PETLAB (1-866-473-8522). Additionally, if you could provide your Order ID, we’ll be able to look into your account right away and assist with canceling the subscription for you Best Regards, PetLabCo.
