I didn't think this would work and my dogs teeth were in need of a clean. However, within a week she had the best teeth she's had for ages.

Does not work after one month there was no change in my dogs behavior and way to expensive for something that does not work

I purchased this product because I saw on Instagram it could help with skin issues. It worked wonders. His skin is clearing up and his coat has never been softer. And amazingly enough. His manners have been improving everyday. He just seems much happier.

My dog seemed to enjoy the probiotic chews, then 2 weeks in she refused to eat them. If I try to sneak in her food, she eats around the crumbles. Plus your customer service is very lacking. An A for all the email regarding one problem, I think now I have received like 9. That is why I cancelled. You have a lot to learn about automatic responses in emails.They don't exactly fit the situation. Instead of 3 email responses that tell you nothing. May be you could just send one and say - a customer service agent has been assigned to you and they will responded within X number of days, hours, etc. EDIT: I received a call yesterday from your company and I was asked if I was sure I wanted to cancel. WTH, I have been very open and honest with your company of WHY I cancelled your product. The caller acted scared when I told him no, I do not want to reinstate my account. Don't act like you care, he didn't care when he called me, you don't care, except for the money you might have lost. Just leave me and my dog alone please. Do not call, do not email, thank you.
