My pup loves the food and we have had two orders and we have gone on the monthly subscription. However when I signed up the promo was free treats for life, after getting two orders and no treats. I contacted the company by phone and chat and they did a Bait and switch and said I was not elgible for the free treats. So I am not sure if I will be looking elsewhere of just continue with the subscription.

Good food options. My dog has a chicken allergy and it's great to have other food options like turkey and beef. While competitive, the pricing is on the high side. I empathize with pet owners who need the raw experience but are not able to afford the luxury pricing.

Started with one dog, she loved it! So ordered for 2nd dog, her son, so far he’s hasn’t been as interested as Mom was, but we’ll see. He loves the air dried and the salmon drops, so there’s hope! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 that he adjusts, if not will find something he enjoys. He likes kibble and I think the air dried is similar. If you have 2 dogs I would recommend ordering for one and then if both est, order for the others. Oh, follow the plan that they suggest as to adding portions to their previous food.

Easy to work with & very clear regarding delivery & order change deadlines. Cole really likes the food.

Olive loves pets table meals, she is always excited when you feed her and wanting for more after she cleans out her bowl. I feel she's much healthier, more energetic and overall a happy dog.

Unfortunately, Winston is not thrilled with the new pet food.

I have a 1 1/2 year old miniature Schnauzer. I ordered the trial box and he ate it for the first two days but after that I couldn't get him to eat it. He would walk clear across the room and stare at me. When I tried feeding by hand (sometimes works) he stuck his paw up and turned his head. I set my date back online to see if he'd try it again and he kept refusing. I mixed in pieces of lean beef and marrow bone steak but he'd only eat the steak. On Sat the 7th I remembered I had to cancel and when I deactivated my account it showed it was going to process the order still. I went to my emails to see if they sent the reminder email. They did on Fri Dec 6. I responded to that email and said please don't send my dog won't eat it. I got the following as a response "This is an automated response. Please do not directly reply to this email. ************************************************** Thank you for your email. If you'd like to make changes to your account, please contact us via live chat at (HAD TO REMOVE LINK DUE TO TRUST PILOT POLICY) or by phone at (929) 429-4025." I called and they are closed over the weekend. I filled out the info on their chat online form and it said a live representative couldn't be in touch til Monday. So there was no way to make a change to my account or cancel. The order was not shipped yet either. Monday I called and they said they couldn't cancel the shipment. I live in San Diego, it ships from San Diego. If you have a subscription service where people are allowed to cancel any time, that means any time it doesn't mean you cannot cancel over the weekend. I canceled in time before they shipped and yet they still shipped it and they still charged me and now I'm stuck with food my dog won't eat. This isn't a good business practice. This is also the reason people hate subscription services. We really need new legislation re: subscription services. How much money is wasted because these services use little tricks to make it hard to cancel. It's so easy to order and yet nearly impossible to cancel. I wish they'd do away with subscription services all together. If we want it we can order it every time we don't need them doing it for us.
