I was hesitant at first, but I had to make that step. Joe Comacho was rough on me at first, straight forward, no BS. At the end I understood why. As long as you follow every step he says. YOU ARE GOLDEN! IM A HOMEOWNER NOW! Thanks JOE!! Highly recommend Joe and his team!!

Joe Camacho at the Phenix Group is dependable, professional, resourceful w knowledgeable. If he cannot fix your credit, he will not waste your time. We wouldn’t be living in our new home without Joe’s expertise. We went from low 600s credit score to almost 800.

This is the first time dealing with a company that stand on their word. Will Smith did above and beyond for me. You’ll be skeptical then boom debt free. The price is worth the results. Let him help you. You won’t be disappointed.

I can’t thank Joe Camacho enough for all of his hard work and support! I started this process last August thinking it was going to be stressful but it was smooth and life changing! When Joe and I started working together in August my goal was to buy a home for my family within a year , I’m giggling because three months into the process on November right before thanksgiving my family and I got the keys to our brand new construction home! I cannot thank Joe enough for his support and commitment, even now I still call him for any help or guidance and I always remind myself “WAIT, what would Joe tell you if you did that or applied for this ? “ lol I have become very more aware of being good with my needs and not my wants it’s a life changing experience and I’m forever grateful to Joe! Everyone’s process is different but you will never know unless you take the step! You gotta sacrifice a little to gain a lot and Joe is the best at what he does! Thanks again Joe!

I came across Joe Camacho while he was assisting someone else and he seemed like he knew what he was talking about so I asked him for some help. He was very knowledgeable, was able to answer all my questions because I did not understand the legalese being used, and he was very professional. He not only helped me initially but after some time passed when I had more questions and needed more help, he helped me again. He was very understanding and compassionate, and I appreciate that about him.

In today's world, encountering someone with unwavering integrity, especially when navigating the purchase of a home, is truly refreshing. My experience with Joe Camacho has been nothing short of remarkable. He possesses the remarkable ability to work wonders, going above and beyond throughout the entire process and even beyond. Joe is my trusted source for candid advice regarding my personal profile. Trust his guidance and adhere to his principles; it truly yields results!

I would give 10 stars if that was an option! I started out with ZERO credit, and over $13,000 in medical debt, I had no idea where to start or what to do. As a teenager I never wanted to get into credit card debt especially after seeing how it negatively affected so many, as an adult I could not get any credit because I never had a credit card. Thomas was recommended to me just to see if there was anything that could be done since my husband and I were wanting to soon buy a home. He made the program so simple and easy to follow that it was almost effortless, and before I knew it I was finished with the program! I now have a credit score over 700 and ALL of the medical debt has been removed. I am now able to just focus on finding my family's dream home! Thank you to all who worked so hard to get me here and thanks to the friend that suggested I give them a try. If you are in the same boat, similar, or even a totally different situation than me you should give them a call, hear them out, and see what they can do for you!

I could say so much about Will Smith and his help but I will try to keep it short! Will went above and beyond to help us get our credit straight! He was responsive and so supportive throughout the whole process. The service is 100% accurate and honest!! We started with Will November 2022 and he stayed with us until we closed December 2023! Words can’t even express the gratitude of such an amazing team! I feel like I’ve met a family with Brian and Will! It was such a pleasure working with him. Happy to say we are first time homeowners because of Will’s help!
