The case is good, comes as expected. Nothing wrong with the lens protector as well. The screen protector though, I can't use the biometric identification (fingerprint) with the screen protector applied. So I've removed it and using only the case and lens protector.

To me the company is just like many others. Not better or worse. The case I bought seemed a little expensive for what I got but it was adequate. However, the screen protector was junk. It won't let me use my fingerprint to unlock my phone.

I was expecting a better quality case for the price. To me it's no better than something off of Amazon for half the price. But I can deal with that, what bothers me is the kickstand feature. It knocks over very easily. I had a cheap case prior that didn't do that and stayed in place. Why does this happen? Tempted to send back

I ordered a magnetic case for my pixel9a. Not only did I not receive i, I did not get my money back even after filing a claim and reaching out to them.

The case is very pretty, but the clasp no longer stays shut after 2-3 weeks. Since the case is only the perimeter of the phone and does not have a back, that means the entire case becomes loose and falls off. Will be ordering a new case from somewhere else soon.

I received an email confirming my purchase, today is the 11th day and my order still hasn't been processed, not to mention no tracking number or shipment info provided. At this point I'm not hopeful my case is coming. Beware.

Terrible service. I made a duplicate order and they refused to cancel it and wouldn't give me a refund either way. No way to return it. Wish I would have read these reviews. Terrible company

Overall, I am pleased with my new Pixel case, specifically being able to use the magnetic charging function through the case. I was surprised at how long it took to get though. Had I known The Pixel Store didn't have these in stock, I may have found another source. I was very surprised that my case was drop shipped from mainland China.
