Hello Joel! We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share this detailed feedback — even though it’s critical, it helps us improve. While we understand your frustration, we want to clarify a few important points: 🔍 Product Compatibility Our 3-in-1 charger is designed to support the Pixel 9 Pro Fold via Qi wireless charging. However, we understand the charging pad may not align perfectly due to the device’s unique size and shape — this is why we include a booster pad. If it didn’t work well for you, that’s absolutely valid and we’re sorry it didn’t meet expectations. 📦 MagSafe Clarification We’ve reviewed the product listing and will make sure there is no misleading claim about full Apple-certified MagSafe compatibility. If that language was misleading in any way, we will correct it — thank you for catching that. 📬 Return & Refund Process Regarding the return: Yes, we do provide a prepaid label when the issue is confirmed to be our fault (wrong item, product defect, misrepresented listing). If our team failed to include that in your case, that’s not acceptable — and we take full responsibility for the confusion. Our customer service team is based overseas, and while some emails may contain language imperfections, the intention is always to help resolve issues, not to ignore or frustrate. You are fully entitled to a refund if the product is not as described — we do not keep customers’ money for faulty items. 🤝 How We’ll Fix This Please email us again at [email protected] with: Your order number A photo of the item you received A screenshot of the product listing that you believe was misleading We will fast-track your case and send you the prepaid return label if it qualifies. If not, we’ll find a solution that works for you — refund or replacement. We value your feedback and hope we can resolve this to your satisfaction. Sincerely, The Pixel Case Team

Hi Deena, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience — and we understand why you’re upset. That said, we’d like to clarify a few important points and help make this right. 📦 Delivery & Tracking Transparency We work with international fulfillment partners and use standard tracking systems provided by global carriers. If your tracking number changed status frequently, it’s likely due to delays in transit or customs — not an intentional “fake” number. We do not generate or manipulate tracking data. That said, if you received a late or incorrect product, that’s unacceptable — and we will issue a refund if the item was not as described. ⚠️ About the Product You Received You mentioned that what arrived was a “cheap replica.” We only ship the exact models shown on our product pages. If what you received was different or damaged, please send us a photo and your order number to: 📧 [email protected] We will investigate and either refund or replace it. ✅ Reviews & Trust We know there are knockoff stores using similar names, but we are the official “The Pixel Case” store, and we never buy or fake reviews. All reviews shown come from verified buyers through automatic invitation — not bots or AI. We also do not operate as “The Pixel Store” — that is a different entity entirely. Please ensure you're reviewing the correct store. 🛡️ Your Refund If you’ve already been refunded through your card provider, no problem. You won’t be recharged by us, and we won’t contest the chargeback. However, if there’s still any issue or confusion, we’re here to help directly — not dodge accountability. Thank you again for the feedback. We genuinely regret that your first experience with us wasn’t better, and we hope we can use it to improve and — if you’ll let us — restore your trust in the future. Sincerely, Madison Reed Customer Support Manager

Hi Misty, Thank you for your feedback, and we completely understand your frustration. We're very sorry the shipping process took longer than expected — especially when you're excited to get your new case! Just to clarify for future customers: ✅ Your order has now been delivered and we’re glad it finally reached you safely. We’re actively working on improving our logistics, including adding more local warehouses to reduce wait times. Unfortunately, some international shipments (especially during peak season or with customs delays) can take longer than we’d like, and we truly appreciate your patience. If there’s anything we can do now — whether it’s a small discount on your next order or help with anything else — just reach out to us at [email protected] . We're here to make it right. Thanks again for giving us a try 💜 — Madison Reed Customer Support Manager ThePixelCase.com

Hi S.A., We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience—it’s absolutely not the standard we strive for at The Pixel Case. While it’s true that some of our products are shipped from our international warehouse to keep up with high demand, we are a fully operational company based in the U.S., with over 30,000 happy Pixel users worldwide. The customer support line may occasionally reroute depending on call volume, but we’re always available by email at [email protected], and we respond to every inquiry. If you haven’t heard from us yet, please check your spam folder or try resending your message—we definitely want to make this right. Please send us your order number, and we will prioritize your case immediately to ensure you receive the correct product or a full resolution. Hi Collin, I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience, and I completely understand your frustration. This is not the level of service we strive to deliver, and I sincerely apologize for the delay and lack of clarity with your tracking information. While the majority of our products are shipped from our U.S. warehouses, certain models or newer collections may be shipped from our international warehouse when domestic stock is limited — this can occasionally result in unexpected delays. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] with your order number so we can urgently investigate your shipment status and either resolve the delivery or process a full refund for you. We’re here to make this right, and we appreciate your patience as we grow and improve. Best regards, Madison Reed Customer Support Manager thepixelcase.com
