The Product BoxesReviews of theproductboxes.com

Do not use this company. It is a scam. They produced an incredibly bad quality product and now are refusing to communicate with us. The boxes arrived broken, burnt from a laser printer, black hand marks, ill shamed and not even close to the correct sizing. DO NOT USE.

Another questionable marketing scheme. I received an email from someone using a RankingLink domain claiming they could get me the best packaging prices. Of course, they failed to clearly identify their actual company name, business website, or who they really represent. Then, shortly after, someone else contacted me from a TheProductBoxes domain and claimed they would now be “taking over the lead.” That looks like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. The first person gets your attention under one name or domain, then another person suddenly appears from a different company or domain to continue the sales pitch. This is exactly the kind of business practice that makes companies look dishonest and untrustworthy. Why do companies feel the need to operate this way? If you are a legitimate business, you should be transparent, proud of your company name, and contact people in a clear and professional manner — not through confusing, misleading, scam-like marketing tactics such as this business uses.

Where do I start? What started as joke from Hurricane Helene with my girlfriend Brittany as we got to NC to help her best friend and godson after the hurricane hit and they lost everything!!! I joked because of the loss of some collectors dolls that she was Disaster Barbie, then it became a fun idea create my own Disaster Barbie Doll... After many hours searching for someone to help design and create this here I was with Product Boxes! This took WAY longer than planned but we finally got it done with much help from of Zack to cross the finish line! She loved it so much! We going to make a few and see if we cant give away and sell couple too!

From beginning to end, they made the process simple, and I am thrilled with the final product each time. Return customer, for sure.

I would strongly recommend you never use this company. They missed every delivery they committed to. I was passed off from one person to another who gave me the run around. The proofs were not real. The job was a month late. If I could give less than a 1 star review I would. I have been buying print for more than 40 years, this is one of the worst experiences I have had

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Alanna Bennett & Ron at The Product Boxes (TPB) (theproductboxes.com) and I cannot recommend them enough! From the very beginning, they listened carefully to my needs and made sure every detail was exactly how I envisioned. I needed bakery boxes with my logo, a wax-coated interior to prevent stains from seeping through, and a custom size — and not once did they say “no” or “we can’t do that.” Everything I asked for was made possible. Their professionalism really stood out during production. They ensured no printing was done until I had fully approved the markup, which gave me complete confidence in the process. When my first order of 5,000 customized bakery boxes arrived, I was absolutely blown away by the quality and attention to detail. The boxes looked stunning, functioned perfectly, and truly elevated the presentation of my baked goods. I’m thrilled to have found TPB and look forward to a long-lasting relationship with them for all of my packaging needs. If you’re looking for a company that delivers top-notch quality, listens to your vision, and makes it happen flawlessly, look no further than The Product Boxes!

I needed bunch of to go boxes and google searched and found this company based in US which is nice. Jennifer helped me with every step from design to shipping and she is easy to communicate and be there for any questions. She informed me on each and every step of the process. I just received all my products and everything looks great. Im going to continue business with them for sure.

Kevin from customer support was very kind and understanding, responded quickly, and was very helpful.
