These people in the company think very highly of themselves, but actually, their standards are very low. I completed my training session, but still, they are not continuing with me just because of a small issue with my language. They are older in age, but their mindset is like children, meaning they are the real jokers!

Less then one star. This company will call you 10 times a day, pressure you into signing up, then do a terrible job on executing anything. They will flat out lie about pricing and services and will not reply to any message questioning what they are doing. Worst experience ever!!!

They have reached out to me for feedback about my Angi account. They are very un-professional. They do not introduce themselves, or who they are with. I have requested multiple times, at least 50+, to stop calling me. I have now resorted to asking them for a billing address so I can bill them for my time that they are wasting. One rep has said that they are not wasting my time. Another asked if I was the president of the United States to be able to make such demands. All calls resort in them just hanging up on me. I know this is all scam artist, but still.

BEWARE: This company is unprofessional and rude. They call me several times a week despite asking every time to be taken off the list. Stop harassing people. SPAM CALLS....RUDE MARKETERS!!!

They were predatory in that that they somehow scammed information off of Angie list to try play on the idea that I needed their service and then like people mention high-pressure tactic and then rude comments. Try to tell me I wasted their time when they’re the ones that blew up my phone for two weeks straight before I finally just answered then after rude and high pressure tactics told them to F off and hung up on him and blocked his number do not waste your time or money with these creeps

HARASSING FOR 2 MONTHS AND NO RESULTS!!! They will be calling you disgusting the details that don’t matter and eventually after two months, the website they promised will not be delivered. They promised me a professional website, keep calling me about the details that could be discussed over a text message. Just drained my energy and didn’t deliver what they promised.

One, May 21, 2026 I spoke with Steven Garcia and he represented himself as a Thumbtack Pro employee. He looked at my Thumbtack Pro profile and proceeded to tell me about how he can help. Save the money using the app because they are coming up with a new program where that you will not be charged for a monthly charge versus per use charge. He assured me that there will be no other charges other than the $225 per month and he’s also said that I could stop it at any time. Mr. Garcia is not a contactThumbtack Pro employee. He said he would set me up with a website and change the parameters on my Thumbtack Pro account to fit how I like to charge my clientele from my services with Fresh Rain. He basically lied to me and told me what I wanted to hear and then took my money. I asked for a refund on Friday, May 29, 2026. He said that I’ll get it in full sent to my bank by Monday. It’s Thursday 6-4-26 & I haven’t receive it yet. He lied again. You can not trust anything that he says.
