I have three Westies, 2 females, 1 male, and my boy dog, who’s also the youngest, behaves erratically by barking, peeing and just can’t seem to relax most of the time, until I got TheraPetMD. Plugged it into the wall and he has really settled down very well. This formula does work!!

Customer service is great! I had an issue & they resolved it quickly! I have these plugged in all over my house, the cats are calm (most days, they are still kittens) & I feel it is due to this product. My daughters both use these as well in their homes.

My Milo is a yorkie and has always peed in the house. I saw this advertised and decided to give it a try. I didnt subscribe at first bc i wasnt sure it would work. Well, it does. He stopped peeing in the house completely. I did have to put one upstairs bc he was going up to do it there. Once i put one in the wall upstairs he stopped going in the house completly. My refills ran out recently and instantly he started peeing all over the house. I just ordered more and got the subscription this time bc I will never go witout again. These are amazing

My rescue dog is/was terrified of thunder/fireworks. She is not anymore since I’ve got the TheraPet diffusers. I keep them plugged in 24/7. Definitely much better than the medication the vet has had her on for years.

Excellent quality … Our Dog gets so excited when we say “are you comming in the car” She suffers badly with nerves when we take. Her to the vet… Not anymore… This diffuser is top notch h.., Calm n collected.. what a difference! Ten out of ten!’

UPDATE. TherapetMD replied to my review, and are now backtracking. In their selling points/claims, it DOES mention that their product could help with calming pets down and potty training, amongst other things. Now they say it will NOT help with their claims. TherapetMD also asked me to contact them. Did that prior to this review - no reply. All I want is my contract cancelled, and a full refund. I should have done my due diligence and read all the honest NEGATIVE reviews . Delivery time wasn't bad. I purchased the 3 pk plus 1 refill, primarily for a puppy potty training. What really happened is 1. a Grumpy cat is still grumpy. 2. Dog is still pottying all over the house, and has also started chewing on things. Within 5 days, the dog chewed over $100 worth of shoes, and she had never chewed on things before.

I never got to use the product because my dog died before it was delivered. I have emailed a dozen times trying to get a refund for the order that is still in the sealed original packaging and am being ignored by the company. Absolutely horrible experience at the worst possible time. BUYER BEWARE - 30 DAY GUARANTEE IS GARBAGE!!! LIES ABOUT REFUND POLICY - THEY WILL JUST IGNORE YOU!!!!

I found the website confusing and probably ordered more than I needed. But I must admit the diffuser I ordered in January did the trick within 24 hours of plugging it in. Next time, I’ll only need to order refills, as I will be receiving several more diffusers!
