Those is my third order from therapet. These therapet refills for cats are perfect and fit any diffuser. Qe have four cats and when we leave one of these plugged in they are all much nicer to each other and we have less issues. The website is easy, the product easily as good of not better and the pricing is much better than competitors products that ive tried.

I've used TherapetMD before and it really helps with Karma and the weather is bad lately and she's so scared. She urinates when she scared and I lost my husband and she was his dog and it's been very stressful for her.

I have purchased the calming ducks for my niece who has a great dane crossed with a US bulldog, we have nicknamed him the horse. And he has tremendous energy. Indoors the ducks help to preserve everyones sanity.

I purchased three of the dog calming products from them I think the product works relatively well my problem and why I rated them one is their customer service I Have called the number so many times I can't remember and I get a note that says they're all busy and someone will get back to you shortly Yeah no one's ever returned a call So then I sent him emails and all they send back is call this number and we will help you but no one picks up the phone so I was on a subscription which I canceled if they can't answer their phone some of us don't want to go back and forth with text or emails we want to speak to a person and if you have a phone for your company then pick it up and talk to your customers and until I get a call from someone or they pick up their phone I will not buy any more I'll go through another company They're not the only ones out there that sell Calming products. Yes, they responded back through trust pilots so that same day I sent what was requested of them an email to their support email address using John Byron in the subject line so he could get back to me well that was two days ago and I have still not heard back from them. What a joke. Well they do call but do not give me a direct phone number. So I call the number I have been calling for weeks and here is the exact message. Please wait for the next customer service rep and then nothing as the call disconnects. I have requested to have a direct number to talk to someone directly but not all I get is this same number that no one picks up.

It really has made a good change in our dog. He still has his moments but he isn't as bitey as he used to be.

I love this product, it works. We have 3 rescued dogs who have not been properly trained and this product has made a huge difference. The calming spray also works very well and has really helped our dogs relax. The customer service side of this company is fantastic. I had a problem with my most recent order (through no fault of TherapetMD) and the attention and how quickly the problem was handled was absolutely phenomenal.

We have recently moved house and struggled with 2 cats, one who sprays (younger) and an older gentleman who hate the youngun. They are settling in so well and so far no sprays, 3 units set up through the new house and I am so pleased with their progress! Maybe one day they may even be friends!
