Lack of follow through after cyber attack
I think TherapyNotes is an overall great idea and has a great functional capacity. However, I think the cyber attack was not handled in the best way and left providers in a really tricky situation. It took me two months for a claim to get submitted and get paid. Despite things going back to "normal," I still can't verify providers or consistently receive ERAs, which has meant a significant workload on top of everything else. TherapyNotes seems to want to help but then seems to push the workload onto my plate on calling payers and resolving the issues that they should be resolving. Since I am already built in, I'll likely stay with TherapyNotes, but I wish I would've went with a different eHR.
