I am just getting started with Therapy Notes and really like the responsiveness of the support staff. Yes, you might be on hold for a little bit while waiting for help, but once you're with a rep, there is no attempt to rush you off the phone. They take their time to really explain the process and even send you a synopsis of the steps they helped you use to solve your problems. Such a great experience.

There are a lot of EMRs available - I love TherapyNotes because they are always improving their products and services, and above all because customer service is ALWAYS there to help, and they work hard to solve any problem, large or small! Every time I call for assistance on posting or have any questions they are always very helpful. I just recently called with something that I was lost on and Derek was very patient and helpful throughout the process. It's very rare to find that customer service anymore. Very pleased!!
