Regarding tech support: The representative I dealt with was extremely helpful in dealing with my issues. She was professional and knowledgeable yet still personable, polite, reassuring, and compassionate. The program itself is excellent and saves me many hours of notetaking and is user-friendly. I highly recommend this platform!

I love the TherapyNotes EHR system and I think all of the support staff are amazing! They are so knowledgeable whenever I call to inquire on anything related to the system. I highly recommend using TherapyNotes as your EHR system.

It is easy to use, has billing in it and the portal is not an extra fee It is easier to send client forms. There is also online support every day if you have weekend hours!
