Okay, I called customer service today. I haven't needed to call Therapy Notes for a while, but I was using features I hadn't used much. I was tired and frazzled. I had tried to figure out the problem on my own. The solutions were fairly obvious (I had missed some notifications), but I just needed assistance at that moment. Rick not only walked me through the problem, he got in tune with me where I was. (Not one of my best days with several things not going well.) I felt like a human figuring it out with another human. I wasn't a number, (despite the now obvious missed steps). Phew! What a relief. Just felt like he and Therapy Notes needed a little kudos. The program works well overall. I feel confident in it.

Great value for the cost. Payer enrollment went especially smoothly, processing ERAs is a breeze, and the TherapyNotes support team is always so helpful and responsive. Sometimes my questions feel super specific, but it seems that all of their reps are well-versed in the entire software. Any issues we've had have been minor nitpicks that one should expect to experience with every EHR transition. We have been able to adapt most of our processes to work with the TherapyNotes platform. We're becoming more efficient in our billing steps because of TherapyNotes--each member of the office staff can get more done now. If you already use Change/Emdeon for your clearinghouse, EDI and ERA setups are easymode.
