I highly recommend therapy notes for all therapists in private practice! Those who are seasoned and those who are brand new to the private practice world. The platform is so user friendly and the customer support is absolutely top notch, especially in a world where so many companies have less than stellar customer service reps. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly! I can’t recommend therapy notes enough!

She was extremely helpful with my issue in regards to sharing a chart with another team member. She assured I understood what needed to be done to assure each appointment was on the schedule and how to bill appropriately. She walked me through each step twice just to make sure I understood for the future. She was very nice and informative.
