Nicole Webb is excellent ! She went above and beyond to assist me in my issue in using the Portal. She is thorough, patient and knowledgeable. Above all she took interest in my concern and successfully resolved my issue perfectly. Thank you so much Nicole. You are so great at what you do. I appreciate your service so much!

I am brand new to Therapy Notes, and as someone who is branching out on my own for the first time, this process is very complex, and I have always found TN customer service to be excellent. They understand that learning a new system and database takes time, and some of it can be frustrating, and the support team from TN has never failed to walk me through it and fix whatever I cannot fix on my own.

I am establishing my own private practice, and I am technologically challenged. When I called, I learned where I was in the que and the approximate time until I'd speak with a team member. I get the help that I need without feeling embarrassed.

Very easy to use, user-friendly, and affordable platform. Excellent, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service. I love Therapy Notes and I recommend it to anyone who asks for an EHR recommendation. It has really made my practice and billing much more efficient. Thanks Therapy Notes!

Customer service was extremely helpful & efficient!

Therapy Notes platform for Mental Health Professionals is Truly Amazing. It makes managing your private practice easy - it's as close to "hands off" as you can get. If I'd known it was going to be this easy, I would have gone into solo practice years earlier. Their support techs are always ready to help if you do get stuck - even late evenings AND Saturdays and Sundays - WOW! And, you actually get to talk to a live person - NOT a chat box, NOT a list of articles on potential solutions, NOT a computer generated response BUT a True Live Person who walks you through your issue - All the way From Beginning to End. And they even send you an email summarizing your issue with detailed Step-by-Step instructions of the solution! Amazing, Right!? Therapy Notes is absolutely worth the financial investment🤍

TherapyNotes is constantly rolling out new and helpful additions to their already ultra-intuitive software. They have been very helpful at keeping me connected with my clients during the hardest times of the pandemic. Their customer service representatives are knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and enthusiastic. They seem to know the areas that they still need to work on and (so far) have been honest and realistic about their timelines for improvement. Add reasonable cost to all of that, and I am a happy customer.
