It is so great to have a team behind you and that's what Therapy Notes is for me. They answer the phone and work with you to figure out solutions to whatever issue you may be having. I have called twice over the last few days, due to issues I was having (user error on my part). Yvonne was wonderful in answering my questions and trouble shooting. She helped me figure out the problem and how to fix it. She was very kind and supportive. Whenever I have called, the team always is supportive. I started a new practice about two months ago. I've called TherapyNotes several times with questions, and been pleasantly surprised each time to find I get ahold of a real person right away or with just a few minutes wait, and that person is patient and well informed. The last time I called the customer service representative stayed on the phone with me for 45 minutes and helped me amend several insurance claims I had filed incorrectly. It's the best money I spend in my practice.
