Minimal wait time on hold for support, quick and accurate response. Rarely have I had an issue where I have needed to call for support.

Therapy Notes staff is available 7 days/week. Patients names mysteriously disappeared from from schedule on TN. They had noted that many peop-le had the same problem. I could tell the system at least knew who I had seen each day because the need to write a note appeared in my To Do list and notes that were written didn't go away, thank goodness. So a TN staff person responded to my email quickly and told me I needed to clear my Google request cache. I followed their instructions and it worked. Names are back where they should be! So glad to get this fixed on the weekend.

I've been using TherapyNotes for about 2 years and I love it. My practice is solo and because of that I appreciate that I can always get my questions answered either by phone or quickly by email. I have looked at other services and this one is easy to navigate. I recommend it to anyone starting out and doing their own billing.

The support from TherapyNotes has been amazing. The staff are knowledgeable and patient, always guiding me through the details I need to learn. I recommend TherapyNotes highly to all clinicians. Their team has made our streamlined practice capable of doing many tasks that would typically require a biller and an intake worker, but are managed by a single individual. Thank you TherapyNotes!

Had a software glitch that I couldn't figure out how to fix. I emailed them and received a prompt reply that showed me how to change some settings. Issue fixed!

I always can rely on the best customer service- the team will follow up until an issue is resolved. It is a very rare occasion a I have a need for customer support, because the site is so user friendly in general.
