Our practice switched over to TherapyNotes a little under two months ago. We have loved our experience. Everything is super intuitive and the customer service has been exceptional. I've never had to wait long for a response to one of my questions!

TherapyNotes has amazing customer service that is very responsive. It's great to have someone I can call who can help or walk me through steps to understand something that I need help with. TherapyNotes also is a very intuitive program that makes my notation of sessions, record keeping, charging or recording payments, and billing insurance a literal breeze. And again if something doesn't make sense I can call someone and they will pick up the phone within minutes (not hours like other companies customer service reps that I work with in other realms). Thankful so much for TherapyNotes making my practice more professional.

This is only my experience. I hope therapy notes has actually improved its service because it is customers who keep a company going. My experience was horrible. It has nothing about being pleased. If a company follows through with what they say they will do, and provide quality customer service, then they have no need to worry about negative reviews. Because of the service I received, I ended up going to another EHR. There were several reasons. There was no options for when text reminders could be sent out. Therapy notes claimed text reminders are sent out 28hrs before clients appt. My clients always received text reminders less than 24hrs before their appts. There was a discrepancy in my credit card bill which was always higher for services used than the actual bill I received. Fees for client's card used were never billed to the end of the billing period which was always shocking. I canceled with therapy notes and was still charged by the card service company for services that were not used. I tried calling the card company to cancel services, and the card service company told me I had to call therapy notes to get the service canceled. When I tried getting billing discrepancies resolved, the rep yelled at me. When I asked if there could be changes when the text reminders went out, I was told my business was small and insignificant. I was also told things were in the works to be changed, but I never saw any changes.

Covenant Counseling has been with TherapyNotes since 2017. Transitioning to an EHR system is no small task; the TherapyNotes’s staff have always responded timely and solve our issues promptly. Customer Service is top notch, EHR platform is user-friendly and the team is on top of State and insurance requirements and changes. Way to go, TherapyNotes, keep up the great work!!!
