Overall I love this software...loving being able to access it anyway, being able to sync the calendar to my phone. I wish there was a waitlist option and that the ERA's were functioning but hopefully in time those options will be updated.

TherapyNotes has taken the worry out of notes and billing. I can complete my note, record my copays and send off my billing in under 5 minutes. Their customer service is always quick and really helpful. I really love TherapyNotes and encourage all of the therapist friends to use it.

I am not sure my private practice would run as smoothly as it does without therapy notes! Its simply amazing. Its not perfect (yet, they are always working on improvements)....nevertheless, it makes note writing, organization of files and billing a breeze!

Therapy Notes LLC has made it easier for me to grow at a fast rate. The ICD10 transition has been so easy. My favorite feature is the integrated billing system. I would certainly recommend his practice management without reservation. I am satisfied with the system and the customer service that comes along with it.

I have been using Therapy Notes for two years and continue to be very impressed by the responsiveness of the technology crew. We send requests for help and they are very prompt and helpful. I also am impressed with the over-all communication and changes that are so necessary for us to do business, example; ICD-10. I have been receiving information from CMS for 2 years that was overwhelming, Therapy Notes made it so easy and practical.

I love therapynotes - really I do. It's fantastic. It has all that I need and then some. My only wish is that it connected to OfficeAlly. Then it would the beyond perfect electronic note software. Still, I'm sticking with it because I find that I get more for my dollar than other programs.

Thanks Susan! TherapyNotes has integrated clearinghouse capabilities, so there's no reason to use OfficeAlly. A lot of people have switched from OfficeAlly to TherapyNotes. If you need help, let us know! Thanks for the 5-star review!
