Therapy Notes as a whole is amazing. The software is easy to use and understand, and the customer support is unmatched. Anytime I become overwhelmed customer support has been able to help me in a matter of minutes.

TherapyNotes is reasonably priced & they offer a simple EHR that anyone can use AND you can talk to a person for support 24/7--who else offers this? (Call in pm--less busy.)

I love TherapyNotes - they have a great product that they are continually improving, and excellent customer service. I did a lot of research when selecting an EHR a few years ago and did several trials of EHRs and TN was the best. Today I reached out to customer service to help me plan my travels and they got back to me within the hour, and today is a Sunday. It doesn't get better than that.

I really like that I can send program change ideas to the support team. Plus, the support team is great! It may take a long time to speak with someone (which is a real pain and something they need to work on), but they are always very friendly and knowledgeable. I rarely have a problem they can't help me take care of.

I've used Therapy Notes for 4 years. Customer services has been fabulous and prompt every single time! Their platform is very user friendly and not overly complicated like other platforms I have used. I also like that their forms are customizes specifically for therapists. Therapy notes has been a huge support for running my private practice. I would highly recommend them!

I have been using TherapyNotes for three years in private practice, three years prior in a group practice. The support is excellent, with quick emailed follow up after I call them for support. The emails provide detailed steps outlining how to address the problem - this has been immensely helpful! I would highly recommend them - always professional, patient, and well trained in their jobs.
