Customer support is always available and happy to help. They do everything they can to quickly assist or ensure the proper follow up is done once the solution is available.

This EHR company is the best. They have taught me how to reconcile difficult insurance issues, I have called at midnight when experiencing insomnia to get a better understanding of certain functions and they walk me through it. Everyone speaks very clearly and concisely and they are obviously well trained. I have never had a negative experience with this company since using them in 2023. I am not being paid not have I gotten a break in price for this review. They are just the best—I equate them to a Toyota or a Lexus —just dependable.

We've been using this platform for over 5 years. It is user friendly and we always have positive customer services experience. In the day to day businesses of life having ease of use and support is important. Freeing us to do what we do best and let TN help us with the rest! Thanks TN!

Rarely do I feel so enthusiastic about a company online. Therapy Notes is run by people who are not only competent and sell a great product, but really seem to care to go the extra mile. After an A+ webinar with Cheresse and lots of exploration of the product via the free trial, I can see it will be perfect for my combined psychiatry/therapy solo practice. So user friendly and support is more available that you can imagine. I am sold. Just spent a month going nuts trying to figure out another EMR. Now I can happily attend to other things in my practice and life.
