I think the product helped to reduce snoring. However, since it forces you to breathe through your mouth, my throat gets too dry. I ended up with a sore throat. When I tried to compensate for the throat, it was too difficult to breathe.

My wife swears my snoring is like a sound-effects studio - one minute it's a buzzsaw, and then it's weird clicks and whistles. I've used Theravent for over a year now and my wife is very pleased with the improvement. Happy wife -> happy me.

For the most part, I have been told I don't snore or very little but it is hard to get use to breathing through my nose with it being all taped up. It is hard to breath through the little vents and you don't look pretty at all. Instead it makes you look like Miss Piggy but I guess it gets the job done to avoid affending others. Thank you

At the beginning shipping had some issues, but the company seems to be constantly improving and now my boxes arrive in plenty of time and I don't even think about it.

I had a very hard time breathing with the Theravent strips on. When I first put them on, I felt as though I was suffocating. I had to make myself concentrate on breathing slowly and easily. Obviously, this isn't sustainable and I could not relax enough to sleep until I removed the Theravent strip.

great idea - no hissing in my ears from cpap it was a bit strong and they listened and created a lite version - very good there are still new things under the sun!

I've been snoring my entire adult life, but it has gotten much worse in the last few years. It's gotten so bad, that I started sleeping in a separate bedroom from my wife. I tried theravent and was discouraged the first night - it felt foreign and weird on my nose. But I stuck with it and on the second night, I slept through no problem. Best of all, the snoring stopped (I have an app to measure how much i snore). On the fourth night, I tried sleeping back in old room and...success. My wife said she didn't hear a thing. It feels so good to have some hope on this again - the snoring was really taking a toll on my self esteem and my marriage.
