All 3 of my coral purchased died
All 3 of my coral purchased died! The water temperature was 62 degrees when it was delivered with 2 corals showing signs of DOA. The 3rd coral after careful drip acclimation did not make it. By the 2nd day the soft flesh was rotting off the coral. It died at day 3. My conclusion is that the water got colder during shipping in the airline. To receive it at 62 degrees which I sent pictures to Reef Geek leaves a lot to assume, but if it was shipped at 80 degrees and received at 62 I believe it got colder!

Hello Andrew. Although we appreciate your feedback, you've seemed to omit the fact that you specifically requested that we ship your order in dry ice, even though it was not required. Against our better judgement, we obliged, leading to the unfortunate loss. You've also failed to mention that we did not hesitated in offering resolutions that are within our DOA policy. We would be happy to speak to you further if you'd like. Thank you!
