Justin is a true Do-ru. He practices what he preaches every day and is very successful at it. The man is honest, down to earth, and all around a great person. I've been blessed to have him share his knowledge with me!

This review goes to him as a person, not as a coach. Through working with him, not only am I trained by one of the best real estate coaches out there, but he has also mastered how to push me towards my goals while also pulling me out of my own head when I'm down. He is a straight shooter and caring man that brings his best to everyone. The commitment, actions, and intent is present everyday - what more could I ask from a friend, that also happens to be my coach?

This program can't be measured in words the genuine person that Justin Colby is, is why this program works. He cares about his students no matter where you are in the process. He gives you truth no matter your personal feelings and support you whether he agree totally with what you are doing and explains the pro and con of your decision. Without judgment are irogence just facts of his own experience are someone in his circle, and if it's out of his expertise he will say he's not sure and find out the answer.

I am so glad we found Justin. My wife and I have plenty of experience in lending and in real estate. However, we know very little about the deal-gushing and creative financing ideas taught by Justin Colby. This is a chance to get solid professional development. I have complete confidence that we are about to catapult our success in the real estate space with the contacts and skills that Justin is giving us. He is super approachable, and a just solid dude. Thanks Justin! You Rock!!! :)
