I’ve been translating for this company for several years with an impeccable track record—not a single complaint or rough patch along the way. I consistently put my all into every project, and the result is complete mutual trust.

The company engages in bad commercial practices. I placed an urgent 48hrs order for 151USD, I needed these document for my son to obtain accomodations at the SAT exam. 48 hrs later, when I asked for the translation, they told me they had make a small mistake and that the price was actually 763USD. I did get the 151USD back and was eventually offered a deal at 370USD which I declined.
