Bought the medium firm telalay latex mattress and have been sleeping on it for approximately 3 weeks, there was no toxic smell and was able to sleep on it the same night. It is very comfortable but I recommend using a mattress pad. Customer service was professional and emailed me through out the whole buying and delivery process.

It is designed to be comfortable without a mattress pad, but we always recommend using a mattress pad or protector to protect a mattress. My order was shipped promptly and got to me quickly, which is saying a lot since I live in Alaska! I was very impressed!

Overpriced merch & then hit me worth a shipping fee that was more than what the item cost. When I complained about the shipping, the item was taken out of the USPS system (cheaper rate) and shipped the more expensive rate hoping to justify the high rate. JMO that they are using the *green* name to promote overpriced goods. BTW what cost me over $20 could be purchased at BB&B for about $5

Hello- We are sorry that you did not have have a good experience regarding your ship price and we do welcome your feedback. We do ship any order over $75 for free and for orders under $75 that are a within certain dimensions, we ship UPS and our prices are based on the UPS calculator - we do not make any money on the ship charge. As to the price of the product you ordered, it is now a discontinued product by the manufacturer so there may be other sites that carry it at a discount on clearance but our price was based on the manufacturer's mandated price at the time you placed your order over a year ago and we do not violate manufacturer's policies. We are looking internally into what might have happened regarding USPS.

I love the concept of your store and I plan on purchasing more. The "standard " size pillow encasement from Holy Lamb organics was mislabed (I bought two, they were both labeled the same, but one was a queen).Anyway, my only complaint is the wrong size was sent, I have just dealt with it because we had just moved. Obviously not the Ultimate Green Store's fault, as it was mislabed from the manufacturer. *update: I am very impressed with this company. They promptly offered to reconcile the error even though it was the manufacturer’a mistake. I will definately stick with this great store! Thanks again!

We have looked at your order history and see that you ordered two standard size pillow protectors but we do not see any ordered for queen size.
