Bait and Switch
I bought an anti-snoring mouth piece. It took forever. The product I received wasn't what was advertised. I thought I bought an American made product and it was switched with a cheap Chinese copy.

The product was far from what I thought…
The product was far from what I thought I was buying. Some cheap product instead. The customer support is total BS, completely automated, you can't claim the return. The delivery took 30 days! Cheap, fake Chinese scam. Avoid at all costs.

Item was not as described
Item was not as described, and no longer able to find product. And took 30 days to deliver. And charged an extra tax amount. Product was some cheap fake thing. Packaging was wet inside. Definitely not what they described in advertising. Will file claim with payment method. Would not recommend.

Terrible customer support
Item not as described in advertising. They refuse to refund - initially said the process would take too long, so best I keep it! Then told me to "give it away as a gift to a friend, maybe they will like it"!!
