A lot of these reviews are unfair. I ordered the bobo tote in black vegan leather and it came looking 100% like the pictures. The quality is nice and the same as my vegan leather pants from Aritzia. Customer service is also responsive and helpful. I didn’t get my confirmation email and they emailed it to me with my tracking number, it came in a week. -1 star for the packaging.

Quick costumer service and the bag looks exactly as the picture. The quality could have been just a little bit better.

The price-value is great for the everyday use, have to say that I'm satisfied. Great to combine with literally everything all year round. Would recommend!

Ich wollte eine Tasche zurück schicken. Angeblich geht das nur für 40-50 Dollar. Angeboten werden einem 15 Prozent Nachlass, wenn man die Tasche doch behält. Das Geld ist bisher nicht angekommen. Die Taschen kommen direkt aus China. Billige Qualität, die nicht den Bildern entspricht.
