You made a fair offer in a timely manner. You also called me to make sure everything was acceptable. None of the other dealers called. This is probably more important to those that are over 50. The younger ones never had personalized service.

Easy selling process, they gave me price more than KBB offered through them.

Easy selling process is a great compliment when most dealers over complicate the process and create tension and stress in the process! Thank you for sharing!

I recently purchased a 2024 Buick Envista from This Car LLC, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The car's sleek design and modern features caught my eye immediately. The staff at This Car was attentive and patient. I had a trade-in with a complicated situation. Mike was able to get me the more money than any other dealership in Houston. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional staff at This Car LLC. From the moment I submitted a lead interested in a car to when I walked into their location in Tomball, they were incredibly attentive and supportive. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring I found the perfect vehicle. Their professionalism and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend This Car LLC for anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle!

The team I dealt with did a great job at removing any obstacle(s) to the sale and gave me a good price on my car. Great customer service, friendliness and capability. A great experience doing something about which I was initially apprehensive.
