Dear Rebecca. Both orders were successfully delivered before Christmas. USPS official page shows that you received all of your items at this address: 2701 Morton Ave, Parsons, Kansas, United States, 67357, Mobile: +19182774050.
Successful delivery: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?qtc_tLabels1=4206735792748902348247002011257230
Regarding your purchase, let's start with your pre-order inquiry. Prior to the first order, you asked this exact question: "is my promocode good on middie blythe?". We replied to you making sure that your coupon code works and all is good with your order process. Then you placed multiple orders and we had crafted your custom doll and shipped them successfully, and provided tracking numbers with USPS. When you visit the link above, you will see that USPS would display all information unlikely what you claim to be a "fake tracker". Therefore, your claim is invalid and we can't entertain such comments. We never provide fake trackers since they will not work and it's not in our interest. Since you received all of your items and USPS trackers match with ours, they are not fake at all kindly.
Secondly, we realized that it was your first order with us and decided to give you a free gift set to complement your doll since it was a nude doll. The gift is sold for $39.99 which you also received in the same package which we originally had to forward to another studio department to sew the clothes for you. Due to the unusual volume of deliveries, customs paperwork, and distancing practices for the pandemic, USPS delayed your package. They displayed a red notice banner for your tracking page: "ALERT: USPS IS EXPERIENCING UNPRECEDENTED VOLUME INCREASES AND LIMITED EMPLOYEE AVAILABILITY DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF COVID-19. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE." Then you contacted us about your delivery and we responded asking for your patience and understanding through tough times due to the pandemic combined with the holiday orders since the majority of people are home and there has been a surge in online orders.
About your payment, you contacted Paypal claiming that it was an unauthorized transaction. Paypal contacted us with this email subject: "The buyer stated that they did not make this purchase" Case: PP-D-91710265. Then we replied to Paypal with your order details and chat conversations. Paypal then dismissed the case with this email: "Dear This Is Blythe, we've decided the case in your favor. If there was a hold on this transaction, it has been removed." Then you opened another dispute changing the reason and Paypal also decided it in our favor as well. Therefore, your claim about Paypal not dismissing the case is also invalid (Case PP-D-87465849).
You then sent us unpleasant messages from different devices with the same IP. You harassed one of our employees with autism which we had to end the thread. We immediately close conversations if the customers send threat messages as well as if they go to the transaction provider with invalid claims and accusations. Paypal also requests that we only communicate via Paypal messages for escalated disputes. You were notified about these incidents multiple times and you still decided to libel us on different channels and you reached out to a blogger as well. We take all threats and accusations seriously, therefore you received a Cease-and-Desist letter from our legal department. Since your libel and invalid accusation reviews still exist online, your legal case is still processing with the lengthy paperwork which is about to finish soon. You will receive it with the required stamps from Kansas authorities. Google is also processing your legal case currently (ID 1-9223000031221).
Thank you for your efforts, however, you have not even talked about our products but subjective opinions with no valid grounds. We hope you are enjoying our products. Have a great day.
