Fantastic Service. Could not recommend Thomson Dairies more. Nothing more satisfying than having my milk and fruit juice on my doorstep in the morning. Freshest milk I think I have ever had, much better than any supermarket milk. Yes, it is slightly more costlier than supermarket milk, but at the end of the day it is supporting local dairy farmers who need all the help they can get by getting a fair and decent price for their produce. I would encourage anyone, who can, to sign up. Hassle free milk, fruit juice, eggs etc.

Follow up after posting the note about the service was very positive. A bit more time could have been taken to discuss next steps as I have been unclear about how to access and account and change the order. Not final information of total cost of what I did order. Detail that emails would come from a specific sender would help as other than direct debit I received nothing from Thompson Dairies. This email was from Info which I would have thought was just spam. Overall I do think the service and products will be positive. First delivery expected this week.

Great service , a lot easier getting my milk delivered and like the glass bottles

After being promised a delivery to start from Monday 27th February 2023. Nothing. Called and was told it would start on 2nd March 2023. Today is 3rd March 2023 still no delivery. Cancelled contract and direct debit. Hopeless. They tell me that there was a problem accessing the property. Clearly deliverer went to the wrong address and in any case they did not beother either on 27th February or 2nd March to tell me that there was a problem. I've sent them an image of the property.

Fantastic service! I didn’t have milk deliveries due to issues with a different company which left us out of pocket at the end after many issues so I was very unsure. But working full time and wanting more family time the adverts on Facebook swayed me. I struggled to get the online form to work when I asked for help they took my number, called when they said I would. John was amazing and so helpful and now all set up ready to go! Couldn’t fault the service!

I have found my dealings with this company to be easy and they are most efficient. Today was no exception. Nicola dealt with my enquiry very well. She was polite, helpful and pleasant.
