TIGR LockReviews of tigrlock.com

New keys worked.

Excellent secure, light lock, easy to use. I just put it through the wringer bikepacking in Slovenia. My order arrived a few days befor my departure to Europe without the keys. TiGr team sent me another pair with keys straight away before I returned the first pair so I would have them for my trip. They were friendly and quick to react. Big thanks!

Thank you for answering my questions promptly and clearly. That gave me peace of mind when placing my order!

The tigr blue mini lock is fairly light weight for a bike lock. It is very easy to use and I enjoy that I can just strap it to the bike instead of carrying it in an inconvenient way. I realize I should have gone for the bigger size if I want to lock my bike up in more common places.

Your rep contacted me by email and explained in easy language what I could do to resolve my lost key issue. There was a link to an order form and I ordered a new lock with keys. It arrived within a few days and my lock was back in use. I really like the lock and wanted to continue to be able to use it.

The lock is very good and also the delivery
