At TiGr locks they are kind and reliable, but their shipping costs for Europe are too high : 45$ for Metropolitan France for the first product bought.

Gilles - Thank you for the feedback. Really sorry you're not happy with the shipping. We ship tigrlock.com orders from the US. Shipping cost for locks to Europe is $30 USD for tigrlock.com orders.

Great service. I am in the UK and was able to email direct to Tigr locks who answered my questions and shipped me the bow lock. It arrived very swiftly and in perfect condition. Great product with great service and I the exchange rate was kind to me when I bought making it a very good price. This lock is going to go with me on my John O’GRoats to home trip later this year

Excellent service and was very quick with responding to email. I haven’t got to use the lock yet but I like the lightweight and simple design to the lock.

First of all I really like the product. I love the look and feel of it. I am a big fan of aesthetics. So this was a big factor in why I chose TiGr. Secondly, customer service was really nice. The return policy is great, to ensure that I, as a customer, am happy. This is the only lock that I use and I am happy with its light weight and design. Thanks.

I love the lock. Light, easy to use, and stylish. I’m not sure about the strength of it though, I haven’t tried to break it on purpose just to test it. Another issue after using it for a while in rainy Vancouver, there’s some rust colouring developing on the lock part, not sure if that will be a problem down the road.
