This is the 3rd time I'm replacing my mounting clip. Necessary to have, but annoying that it keeps breaking.

This is the third time i am buying a replacement cradle for tigr lock. The product is not designed well and the wings are made of fragile plastic which is why they keep breaking.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. The current mounting clip is made with ABS plastic. We are migrating to a polycarbonate plastic which will provide more flexibility and a longer lasting mounting clip. We will be announcing the change and availability sometime in the near future. Thanks again.

What made my experience so great was the "person to person" and very quick email responses to my needs and questions. The delivery time was also on schedule - as promised. As a result , I plan on purchasing an additional mini blue lock before my bike this summer.

Would have preferred a larger lock and did not see any available for purchase on the website. Mini lock much smaller than I had anticipated.
