All samples were sent out promptly & securely wrapped. Customer service was on point when needed. Only complaint is on large format (V3+) there should be an option to order larger samples even if they have to be cut in two to ship securely. (24x24 cut into 12x12). Sadly even ordering two samples of an item there was a color that never showed up which was close to ruining the scheme, we pivoted & made it work but not as nice had the pink swatches been shown on the 2 samples.

The blue towel we ordered was a very in…
I stand corrected! I just checked and the the tiles I’m talking about came from a different company. We absolutely love the subway tiles. And the fleck tiles. They made the bathroom absolutely stunning. Couldn’t be happier with the tile club.

We'd love to hear a little more about your experience if you are open to sharing! It looks like you ordered the Vivia Forest green subway tiles and the Desert Sand Terrazzo tiles (white with colorful flecks). Can you please let us know which one had colors you weren't expecting?

Their website says "product in-stock…
Their website says "product in-stock ships within 1-3 days." I ordered tile that said it was in-stock when I ordered it but, didn't receive my tile for over two weeks. It set my project back and frustrated the chain of trades scheduled to get in and do their job.

Hi Shalene, thank you for the time to give us your feedback. It looks like due to the size of your order, it shipped on a pallet and did require an appointment to delivery. We understand this added to your delivery time and are sorry to hear it delayed your project. We appreciate the feedback so we can continue to work with our freight delivery companies to work on the timeline.

Top tier service
I’m pleasantly surprised by the level of service I got from Tile Club. Unfortunately my sample order got lost by FedEx in transit. But I’ve reached out to company’s representative via chat and they expedited replacement right away. I loved the tile I chose - will be ordering soon.

Great customer service & tile options
Really love their selection of tiles and it was easy to order samples on the website. I'm redoing my kitchen so I needed a bunch of different samples asap. Customer service was super helpful and knowledgeable and they shipped my order quickly. Really appreciate their patience since I haven't ordered tiles online before and had lots of questions! Great experience, I'll be ordering again.

Buyer beware
I purchased this tile because the description says it’s “metallic copper” in color. The images on the website also exhibit both metallic and copper characteristics. When my $650, (including tax and shipping), tile arrived, it exhibited neither of those colors. Our $650 tiles had some light brown splotches and some dark brown splotches. Certainly nothing that looked like copper and absolutely nothing looked metallic.
I contacted the Tile Club customer service and made them aware of this issue. I received no response. Several days later, I contacted them again. This time I did get a response from a customer service rep, (believe me when I say this individual is customer service in name only). The CS rep works for the Tile Club in the Customer Support department. Never has there been a greater misnomer since government intelligence was coined.
The CS rep's response was both condescending and arrogant. The CS rep explained to stupid me that the tile was made of porcelain, and I shouldn’t have expected to receive actual copper or any other metallic material. Just porcelain. According to the CS rep, those descriptive words are only to provide the customer with an idea of “the look and color” of the tile.
To confirm the CS rep's opinion of my low IQ, I was thoroughly confused, because that’s exactly what I was trying to communicate to the Lack-of-Customer-Support department. So for you potential buyers out there who are thinking about buying from the Tile Club, keep in mind the look and color are apparently just Tile Club guidelines and all you can really count on receiving is porcelain.
The CS rep offered no options to resolve the issue and closed with a curt reminder that it’s my fault because I didn’t order a sample.
I did respond to the CS rep’s email and I’m sure you’ll be surprised that I received no response.
My only choice will be to return the tile which will entail buying a pallet, buying or borrowing some banding equipment, contracting with a carrier that can transport a pallet, and sending it back, (15% restocking fee + return shipping costs). And if anything gets broken along the way, it’s charged to me.
Do yourself a favor and buy your tile from the local big-box store or the local flooring shop. I thought I was spending premium money to get premium products and premium support. I received neither, and now I have $650 worth of “porcelain” tile, (thanks CS rep), that will now collect dust in the basement.

very bad tile shipment
interior decorator suggested tile from here, and the tile i received was nothing like the photos or the sample i ordered, it is horrible and ugly and the glaze is cracked in multiple places, its very bad, and this company deemed it "natural variation" and i have to pay to return it. buyer beware, this is not a good place to get tile from. it may have been a reputable site at one time that decorators use, but i dont believe they have a good team behind the wheel anymore. very, very bad tile coming out of this place.
