Loved the ability to purchase samples for reasonable prices. The samples were large enough to visualize how it will look. Ordered the selected tile and received quick delivery. Overall, awesome experience all around.

I inquired regarding product SKU: TCROCIGRNI2040 and spoke with Samantha T. and wanted to order 1 full sheet 20"x40" and was informed they don't sell full sheets. I took a screenshot of the message on their site that says you can order "1 full sheet or box" but the only option available is to place an order for the 4"x5" sample size or box. I don't think they should be able to say you can order 1 full sheet when in fact you cannot.

We apologize if there was a misunderstanding with the units - this tile is sold in by the box with each box containing multiple pieces each measuring 20"x40". We also have mosaic tiles that are sold by the sheet. The message you screenshotted refers to our sample options vs full size options. We will take your feedback into consideration to make the units clearer for the future.

This was my 3rd order with Tileclub and every time I got the best service and product. When my last order was delivered the rain was pouring outside and I was so worried that my paper mounted mosaics will get all wet. But the pallet was shrink wrapped so well that not even a single drop of rain got onto the boxes. The mosaics which I ordered look great and I am so excited to see it once installed.

I am glad Tileclub offers an option of buying samples before ordering the tile. The fist couple samples which I ordered looked nothing like I expected and it saved me a lot of trouble. I ordered more samples 2nd time and found a perfect tile for my kitchen. Both times my samples arrived in just 2 days and were packed very well.

While the usable tile was beautiful, I received 3 boxes of broken tile. They shipped out replacements promptly with a contingency and they also arrived broken! The tile is not packed properly with foam in between each layer of tile and the cases are put in packing peanuts instead of hard foam. The tile I used was very strong so I am guessing they are just not inspecting what leaves their facility. I asked for a credit for my time and energy for using the broken tile in my job and received nothing. End of the day the customer service is lacking and I would not order from again unless absolutely necessary, as it’s just a headache.

RE: YOUR RESPONSE ***THE ISSUE ISN'T WHETHER YOU FIXED IT...THE ISSUE IS THAT IT HAPPENED IN THE FIRST PLACE---SHOP APP DEFAULTED BACK TO WRONG CARD AND THEN COMPANY CANCELLED MY REPLACEMENT ORDER VERSUS THE ONE I TOLD THEM TO CANCEL... CHAT NEVER ANSWERS, AND NO ONE PICKS UP PHONE

Our company has made every effort to respond to your messages regarding the order you placed with a card saved to your Shop Pay app. While we have no way to manage your Shop Pay settings, we were more than happy to accommodate your request to refund your original payment and create a replacement order for the payment method of your choosing. The replacement order was flagged in our system as fraudulent as it was placed from an IP address in Thailand but a billing address in the United States. This caused it to be cancelled. Due to the abusive and harassing comments you have made towards our team via message and email as we attempted to assist you we will no longer accommodate your order.

The tile is beautiful! Luna sky subway tiles is what I purchased they all came fairly quickly and there were some broken tiles but customer service was excellent and they're sending replacement tiles. Make sure to inspect your tiles right away looking at boxes ect (taking pictures)72 hours to report damage. Amy
