My first order went very well. Easy to navigate through the website and place the order. Unfortunately, I realized I made a mistake when I received my order and they helped me out with correcting my mistake without any questions asked. Timberplates is a very good company.

Project was smooth from beginning to end. They listened and understood what I was trying to accomplish. They took what I had told them and designed exactly what I wanted. Looks great installed! Fantastic work! Homeowner loves it! Thank you!

Great website that allowed me to view my timber joist hangers in 3D. I don't think I would have ordered this product online but for the fact that Timberplates website has such advanced features that allowed me to be confident that I was getting exactly what I needed. Plus, it was a big bonus that I could get the plates in powder black coating, so they matched other plate hardware that I'm using in my old barn project. I am very happy and very satisfied with what Timberplate produced for me.

We needed additional timber plates for our project which expanded to include as adjoining pergola, I sent hand drafted drawings which they created cad drawings of, sent me files to confirm dimensions, etc. Everything thing was exact and pricing was great. A few weeks later our order arrived. So easy doing business, we are thrilled !
