Superb service
I think the service I got from Rhett was above and beyond. He was able to take a rudimentary design I sent into exactly what I was looking for.

This is a great business
This is a great business. We are building a new home with cedar beams and wanted quality black steel brackets to give some structural as well as aesthetic appeal. Not only did they nail them first try off of some dodgy sketches we provided, when a few of the brackets were damaged by UPS they remade them and hand delivered them without a hiccup. Cant beat a company or customer service like that.
