Hi Mark. You placed your order on a Saturday morning. We fabricated your order that Monday. That's a 1 day lead time. Your order shows a scheduled deliver of Dec 2. That is 9 days, not 10, and that is counting 4 weekend days and the busiest holiday of the year. If you had placed your order during the week and on a week other than Thanksgiving, it would have looked a lot better. Believe it or not, there isn't a place in the country that can get you this kind of construction product in 4 business days, so we are very proud of that. On the other hand, we would very much like to hear any suggestions you have regarding our product descriptions.

I am sorry you were disappointed, Mr. Hellwig. FedEx picked up your package on Nov 1 (a Friday) and delivered them to you on Nov 7 (the next Thursday). That is 5 business days if you count the day they picked it up. You are about as far away from us as you can be and still be in the continental US - that was probably a factor. And while FedEx normally gets ground shipments across the country faster than that, as you might imagine there is not a lot we can do once it leaves our shop. FedEx wouldn't count the Sat and Sun as part of that delivery estimate. Perhaps that is where your expectation wasn't met.
